Q:
Can I cancel my order?
A: You may cancel your order for any reason before the order ships.
Once an order is complete and has been shipped, it is "closed"
and cannot be cancelled.
Q:
I changed my mind, can I get different favors?
A: If changes have occurred with your event (i.e. mother found out the
exact gender of the baby after you placed your order), and you'd like
to get different favors, we will make every effort to accomodate! Restocking
fees will apply, but we will work with you right away on getting new
favors! You will need to contact our office within 5 days of receiving
your order so that we can coordinate having the original favors returned
within 10 days of delivery. Our office can be reached at favors@babyshowerfavorites.com
Q:
The baby shower was cancelled, can I return my order?
A: We do understand that sometimes plan change and there may be a situation
where you would want to return your order. If this happens, contact
our office right away. Any returns must be received at our facility
within 10 days from the date they were delivered. All returns will be
given a "store credit" redeemable at any site owned and operated
by TAB Enterprises (see www.tabenterprises.com).
Re-stocking fees may apply. Be sure to contact us BEFORE you return
any products to ensure proper processing.
